planning to run

I'm feeling better and I'm planning to run tomorrow. My big goal of running a sub-4 hour marathon may be far, far away, but I'm not going to quit before I get to the start line. I know that I need to be very aware of my body tomorrow, paying close attention to any signs of weakness, dehydration or heart palpatations. If need be, I'll walk the whole damn thing or stop by the side of the road for some refreshing IV fluids. Kidding aside, I do promise to be careful. I may finish in 6 hours, but I want that damn medal!

Final tally:
puking = 4
oz of Sprite = 24
oz of Cytomax = 64
pieces of toast = 3
pasta dinner = YES
