Knees in recovery
This is what our house looks like right now - for both of us. Dave's still recovering from the JFK 50 Miler, so he's icing his knee. I'm in physical therapy for my IT band syndrome, so I'm doing heating pads, massage and stretches before short runs, and ice afterwards.
Whoo!
